We are a private equity firm based in Shanghai. We manage and invest in the expansion of foreign companies in China. We have offices in Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. Our portfolio companies are in new energy, IT, entertainment, smart manufacturing and automotive.

THE JOB:

We are looking for a Chinese intern. The location will be based in Shanghai. our office is in Jing An. The intern will work on:

·        
Market research for portfolio companies;

·        
Business development and due diligence on potential partners;

·        
Draft business plan & later project management and execution;

·        
Draft project documentation including recurring reports, industry and market research, financial models, budgeting etc.;

 

The internship is for at least 3 months. After the internship, there is the opportunity to get hired permanently.

 

工作：

我们正在找一个中国实习生。地点将设在上海。我们的办公室在静安。实习生将从事以下工作：

·        
投资组合公司的市场研究；

·        
业务发展和对潜在合作伙伴的尽职调查；

·        
起草商业计划和后期项目管理和执行；

·        
起草项目文件，包括定期报告、行业和市场研究、财务模型、预算等；

 

实习期至少3个月。实习结束后，有机会获得永久聘用。

 

THE INTERN:

We need smart student who likes challenges and works well in teams. The learning curve is steep, but our team is very committed and professional. It is great for a curious and ambitious student who wants to see the business world. Good spoken English is required, but it doesn’t need to be perfect. More important are motivation, attitude and team spirit.
