Stout is a leading independent advisory firm specializing in Investment Banking, Valuation Advisory, Dispute Consulting, and Management Consulting. ww***com[点击查看] Responsibilities - Work as a junior team member under the supervision of experienced consultant, manager or partner for cross-border M&A transactions. - Conduct fact-based market research and analysis via secondary and primary sources - Support during the entire process of corporate finance advisory engagements as well as client business development stage - Participate in the due diligence and negotiation process Requirements: - Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable Chinese or International School - Good communication skills with excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin - Prefer candidates who are analytical, responsible and smart - Prefer candidates with immediate availability |
