因公司业务需要,现招聘如下岗位:

招聘岗位:

一、 咨询顾问

岗位职责
1. 负责客户委托的招聘项目,分析职位需求,必要时为客户提供一定的咨询或引导; 
2. 根据客户需求,进行访寻渠道的分析、拓展,整合候选人资源,定位目标候选人,完成初步的访寻工作; 
3. 面试和甄选候选人,按照客户对职位的要求,与候选人进行沟通和评估,制作并提交候选人推荐报告; 
4. 协调安排客户面试,及时解决面试过程中遇到的问题;
5. 跟进客户对候选人的面试反馈,管理候选人的动机和期望,保证对客户招聘职位的交付; 
6. 协调薪酬谈判和录用通知书的签署,并根据客户要求进行候选人背景调查; 
7. 候选人入职前、中、后的跟踪服务,并为候选人提供相应的职业发展建议; 
8. 与客户和候选人保持良好关系,了解市场动态,寻找和挖掘业务信息,进行业务拓展。 

任职要求: 
     1. 统招本科以上学历,人力资源、经管类、心理学等文科类专业,英文流利者优先; 
     2. 工作主动性强,具备较强的学习能力和观察判断能力,良的语言表达及文字理解能力; 
     3. 对人力资源行业有浓厚兴趣,有梦想,有激情,渴望挑战,能抗高压。 

二、 行业寻访员(可接受2020年应届毕业生或在校实习生)

岗位职责
1. 快速学习行业知识,根据客户职位需求进行市场调研,人才mapping;

  2. 负责高端人才寻访,与人选建立初步联系,沟通人选工作意向,撰写人才推荐报告;

3. 协助顾问推进人选面试流程,协助职位交付及业务拓展。 

任职要求: 
     1. 统招本科以上学历,专业不限,英文流利者优先,实习生需保证每周出勤5个工作日,可提供转正机会; 
     2. 具备良好的快速学习与反应能力,乐观皮实,悟性高,自驱力与责任心强;

Our Business model: Executive Search Consulting (HR Strategy Post case);

Direction of concentration: TMT industry occupation, especially in HR, Marketing, R&D (mainly algorithm) and product categories, focus on high-end CXO positions;

Due to the company's business needs, the following positions are being recruited:

Recruitment positions:

1 Consultant

Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the recruitment projects entrusted by customers, analyze the job requirements, and provide certain consultation or guidance to customers when necessary;

2. According to the needs of customers, carry out the analysis and expansion of search channels, integrate candidate resources, locate target candidates, and complete the preliminary search work;

3. Interview and select candidates, communicate and evaluate candidates according to the requirements of customers for positions, and produce and submit candidates' recommendation reports;

4. Coordinate and arrange client interviews to solve problems encountered in the process of interviews in a timely manner;

5. Follow up customer’s feedback on candidates' interviews, manage candidates' motivation and expectations, and ensure the delivery of customer recruitment positions;

6. Coordinating salary negotiation and signing of employment notice, and conducting background investigation of candidates according to customer requirements;

7. Follow-up service for candidates before, during and after their entry into office, and provide corresponding career development suggestions for candidates;

8. Maintaining good relationship with customers and candidates, understand market trends, seek and mine business information, and expand business.

Requirements:

1. Enroll students with bachelor's degree or above, major in liberal arts such as human resources, economics and management, psychology and so on. Fluent English is preferred.

2. Self-motivated, fast learning ability, observant and with good judgement, good at communication and understanding;

3. Have a strong interest in the human resources industry, dream, passion, desire to challenge, can resist high pressure.

 

2. Researcher (graduates and interns are accepted)

Job responsibilities:

1. Fast learning relevant knowledge, marketing survey and mapping according to customer needs;

2. Responsible for high-end talent search, establish preliminary contacts with candidates, communicate candidates' work intentions, and write talent recommendation reports;

3. Assist consultants to promote the process of candidates' interview and assist in project delivery and business development.

Requirements:

1. Enroll students with bachelor's degree or above with unlimited majors and fluent English is preferred. Interns should be on duty for 5 working days a week to provide opportunities for correction.

2. Fast learner with quick reaction, optimistic and honest, quick on uptake, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility;

3. Volunteerly in the human resources industry long-term development, dream, passion, desire to challenge, can resist high pressure.
