Position:
Finance - Customs Intern
Responsibilities
· Communicate with brokers/stakeholders to check the status of imported parts and support to collect the information/docs.re. the tax payment for imported parts
· Collect the relevant Data and information re. import tax forecast for vehicles and parts
· Communicate with 3 brokers to track the status of import vehicle in different ports and assist in collect and classify the relevant documents for tax payment procedures
· Communicate and collect monthly inventory data of parts from different 3PL vendors
· Collect the status the upcoming vessels provided by 3PL vendors and internal stakeholders, check the pricing registration status in customs systems, and assist to collect/classify the required information/documents for pricing registration
· Assist to maintain and file documents as per the authority’s requirements for Tax and Customs
· Assist in other tasks as assigned.
Preferred requirements and qualifications:
· Major in Finance/Accounting/International Trading/Law or related
· Basic finance or accounting knowledge, number sensitive
· Good Microsoft Office skills (especially excel etc.)
· Good command of both oral and written English.
· 4 days per week and 6 months stable internship is preferred.
