On our project Intern (STEM Majors) program, you may be helping departments meet their goals, finding creative solutions and enhancing teamwork efficiency with STEM specific knowledge, which involves strong computer skills, mathematical analysis ability, calculation and design ability. Join our internship and you will be helping us support the key business functions that keep our firm running strong. You will be working in teams to learn the knowledge, methods and tools that enable Deloitte to deliver exceptional quality services to our clients, win in the marketplace and support our growth and profitability. 

The internship period will be anytime from October 2019 to May 2020 according to our business needs. When filling in the application form, you can select the function and location. You will also be asked to indicate your available internship period and the relevant working days per week. Please mention if you have more than one available internship period. We will screen the candidates and contact you directly once a suitable opportunity appears.

该项目实习期预计将安排在2019年10月至2020年5月之间的任何时间，根据业务需要而决定。当您完成网申时，您可以留下您的部门和城市的选择意愿，同时您需要填写个人的可实习周期以及该时间段内每周可工作的天数，网申填写时可保留多次的可实习周期。若日后有适合您的项目实习机会，我们的同事将随时与您取得联系。

1、Penultimate-year undergraduates, preferably STEM related majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics etc), graduating in one or two years 
2、Aspire to be a professional and demonstrate strong interest in our profession 
3、Strong academic performance and proactive learning ability 
4、Strong computer skills, mathematical analysis ability, calculation and design ability 
5、Strong problem solving, task execution and creative ability 
6、Able to quantify and analyse complex business issues 
7、Experience in mathematical modelling, participation in programming competitions and other science and technology competitions preferred 
8、Proficiency in using E-views, SPSS and other statistical analysis software preferred 
9、Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
10、Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing 

1、STEM（科学、技术、工程、数学类等）理工科相关专业本科或以上学历，将于1-2年后毕业 
2、渴望成为专业人士并有志于从事我们的行业 
3、专业成绩优异，学习能力突出 
4、具备较强的计算机能力，数理分析能力，计算设计能力
