Responsibility:
1、负责接听服务相关的咨询电话,回答用户关于服务和订单问题
Responsible for helpdesk call handling of service related enquiry and communication with customer for service explanation and order clarification;
2、提供基础PC桌面、系统设置或更新、相关软硬件升级或维护
Provide PC desktop, end-user support, new hire systems setups, refresh; provide software and hardware evaluations and upgrades
3、负责订单处理,并协调用户和后台工程师完成订单
Responsible for order handling and coordination between customer and backend engineers
4、负责处理服务以及订单相关邮件
Responsible for email handling for service and order related request
5、负责其他TL分配的工作
Responsible for other tasks assigned by TL
Requirement:
1、 大学英语4级以上,良好的英文书写和沟通能力
CET-4 or above, good English writing and communication skills
2、 良好的沟通协调能力,学习能力强
Good communication and coordination skills; good learning skills
3、 具备基本IT技术者(如:操作系统,办公软件)优先考虑
Basic Information Technology (e.g. Network, OS, Application…) or have general understanding of IT/MS-Office applications is preferred
4、 有实习或正式工作经验,大专以上学历,IT相关专业优先考虑
Has working or internship experience before, College or above, IT related major preferred
5、 具备一定抗压能力
Ability to work under pressure - high stress tolerance
6、 具备同时间处理多项任务的工作能力
Multi-tasking ability, handle multiple assignments simultaneously
