职位描述
岗位职责：
？ 负责公司碰撞牵引系统的机械和电气系统安装调试、项目实施管理、售后技术服务等工作，协助进行设备安装标准化作业规范的编制与实施。
？ Responsible for electric and mechanical part of propulsion system installation and commissioning, project implementation and service. Assist to compile SOP of standard, working instruction and implement.
？ 负责公司大型机电设备、传感器、电子电器、数采等产品维护、维修及标定相关工作，负责编写公司规范、标准、作业指导书等标准化作业书
？ Responsible for calibration and maintenance work of electromechanical equipment，sensor，electric products and data acquisition. Responsible for compile SOP of standard, working instruction and so on.
？ 主导或参与公司设备二次开发与改进优化能力建设
？ Responsible or take part in secondary development and improve equipment.
？ 负责公司内部项目及具体客户技术服务支持工作，提供高质量技术服务，建立系统、规范化技术服务操作标准体系
？ Responsible for technical service support to assigned customer and intercompany project, provide high quality technical service support.
？ 负责对接德国总部技术与服务部门，协调处理总部与中国客户间的技术支持事宜，及完善处理规范及流程
？ Contact with technical service department from headquarters, assist for technical issue between headquarters and Chinese customers.
？ 来自董事长及总经理的其他各项工作安排。
？ Work commission from executive director and general manager.
职位要求：
？ 有熟练的英语口语、读写和翻译能力
？ Very good English skills in writing, listening, speaking and translation

？ 有良好的团队配合能力、擅于沟通，具备优秀的系统总结分析和汇报能力
？ Good communication skill and teamwork player, excellent ability of system summary, analysis and reporting
？ 电气专业本科以上学历， 持电气工程师证者优先
？ Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, 3-5 years working experience, electrical engineer certificate will be preferred.
？ 能熟练地进行电气图纸绘制，具备PLC相关工作经验者优先
？ Good electrical drawing skill, PLC working experience will be preferred.
？ 具备汽车碰撞安全设计、验证和开发实习经验者优先
？ Car safety design, testing and developing experience will be preferred.
？ 工作积极主动、踏实上进，强烈的主动学习意识
？ Strong desire to active learning, work actively.
