岗位职责
1,与业务沟通并联络客户安排订舱及运输等工作;
2,联络船公司或货运公司安排订舱、提单签发等工作;
3,熟悉海关操作流程,报关及相关单证的制作;熟悉原产地证的制作;
4,相关表格、文件、数据的处理及操作安排;
5,客户咨询、投诉、纠纷等情况的协调解决;
6,协助公司销售人员完成文档管理,归类和统计;
7,协助公司销售经理和采购人员跟踪生产,并安排发运等事宜;

Position Responsibilities
1, communicate with the sales and contact with the customer to arrange booking and transportation;
2, contact with the logistic company to arrange booking, check bill of lading and other related work;
3, Know well for the customs procedures, customs declaration, certificate of country ofigin and related documents;
4, the relevant forms, documents, data processing and operational arrangements;
5, customer consultation, complaints, disputes and other coordination of the situation;
6, assist with sales to complete document management, classification and statistics;
7, assist with sales manager and buyer to track production and arrange shipping;
岗位要求
1、大学专科及以上学历,国际贸易类相关专业;
2、具备较强的外语写作及简单的口语能力,熟练使用常用办公软件;
3、良好的沟通、执行力和谈判能力,团队合作精神强,责任心强,可承受一定工作压力。
