岗位职责：

Key Activities:

主要工作内容

· To carry out exceptional customer service according to the company standards.

按照公司标准为顾客提供高品质的服务。

· To handle any customer complaints according to LS Asia policy & CAG’s refund policy.

按照公司流程处理客户投诉。

· To have a complete understanding of the LS Asia Employee Handbook, Procedures and Policies and to abide by these at all times.

全面了解和掌握员工手册内容，公司流程及政策规定，并且坚持遵守。

· To carry out accurate cash register operations at all times and ensure that the correct procedures are applied for cash handling.

进行精确的收银操作，确保现金流程的正确执行。

· To ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any products on promotions.

全面掌握所有产品知识，品牌定位，促销产品，当季活动。

· To help maintaining a high merchandising standard as per VM / Brand guidelines.

协助维护店铺始终保持高标准的产品陈列

· Loss Prevention – Reduce the Risk

店铺防损工作，包括损耗和盗窃

 

岗位要求：

Requirements:

任职要求

· 1 to 3 years of sales experience.

1至3年销售经验。

· Strong sales and interpersonal relationship qualities.

较强的销售及人际交往能力。

· Sound understanding of basic principles of customer service.

较强的客户服务意识。
