Reporting to the Senior Fund Accountant and Finance Manager, the Junior Fund Accountant will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely reconciliations integral to the completion of the financial reports of a fund / management company that is used for Investor dealing and external publication, plus various other client specific reports distributed on a regular basis. This involves adherence to strict deadlines while maintaining close attention to detail.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

?Assisting with the accurate and timely production of the financial reports for funds and management accounts

Completing the tax reporting and filings

Processing fund capital activity

Performing cash reconciliations

Processing of various accounting transactions

?This position is a unique opportunity for a suitable candidate to gain exposure to large multi-currency private equity funds that invest in specific sector of portfolios.

Minimum Job Specifications

?Degree in Business, Accounting related field.

6 months to 1 year related experience desirable, but not a must.

Excellent attention to detail

Strong numerical / analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Computer literate

Excellent communication skills with Mandarin and English

Organised and Deadline-driven
