KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? To assist in corporate secretarial & administrative matters;
? To conduct research and collection on information/data/policies/laws for corporate secretarial issues;
? Filling, update, maintain as well as take custody of all relevant statutory records, books, forms and documents;
? To correspond with authorities/ third agent in connection with corporate secretarial issues for clients;
? To draft all kinds of government application papers and letters for clients;
? To arrange and take minutes for regular internal meeting;
? To support in typing, preparation and updating of documentations with regards to corporate assignments such as change of Directors/Shareholders, authorized signatory and other ad-hoc projects etc;
? Other daily housekeeping and administrative works such as filing, photocopying, delivery, typing etc.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree majoring in law (ICSA preferred), Business Administration English is needed; but working experience is not a must;
? Confident and experience in liaising with government department will be an advantage, but not essential;
? Excellent communication, efficient, diligent and responsible in following up on outstanding matters;
? Good knowledge, understanding and experience in company legislation, corporate secretarial procedures, regulatory codes and compliance requirements;
? Meticulous & able to work independently
? Preferably able to commence work immediately within short notice
? Good command of both written and spoken English, CET 6 above.
