      Position: Design Engineer 研发工程师

工作地：天津武清

Responsibility

·       Works closely with upfront marketing engineer to define new product needs

·       Develop innovative design concepts employing the latest design and manufacturing technology as applicable

·       Perform and document engineering design calculations and analysis using computer-aided tools.

·       Generate product technical specifications, technical assessment plans, and test plans

·       Create design documentation, specifications, and procedures; check and approve design drawings

·       Work closely with CAD team to create detailed 2D/3D drawings

·       Collaborate with manufacturing to place new product designs into production

·       Interface with suppliers for producing engineering prototypes

·       Follow through with verification and implementation of design concepts into production.

·       Works closely with global product engineers to support product launch and lifecycle development

·       Investigates and applies relevant industry standards to new product development

·       Support the long-term vision and management of the business unit’s product portfolio

·       Assist with other project activities as assigned

Qualification

·       Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, with preference on mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or material engineering.

·       Design experience in valves, process control industry, or similar backgrounds is preferred.

·       Familiar with MS office software, computer-aided design and simulation programs

·       Proficient in spoken and written English

       Position: Nuclear Design/Qualification Engineer 核阀设计/认证工程师

工作地：天津武清

Responsibility

·       Assist sales engineers with selection of the correct products, determine product modification and design needs, and answer technical questions from customers

·       Utilize 3-D model based rapid prototype methods for building conceptual models for engineering test, field trial, and marketing needs

·       Interpret and apply geometric positioning and tolerancing standards to complex assemblies in accordance with internal drafting and design standards

·       Interact and communicate effectively with the global engineering organizations as required

·       Follow relevant departmental and company Engineering Standards pertaining to documentation control, revision, design methods, and analysis

·       Generate products qualification plan per nuclear industry codes/standards and customer specifications, such as ASME, QME or RCCM/RCCE

·       Interact with in-house or external lab for product verification or nuclear qualification test. Analyze test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications

·       Engineering Practice development to standardize the engineering work, engineering tools development and maintenance

Qualification

·       Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer is required, master or above is preferred

·       Solid knowledge on mechanical design is required, working knowledge in on ASME SEC III, RCCM or other nuclear related code/standards is plus

·       Experience in the process control or related design field or experience in nuclear power plant is preferred

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English

·       Experience with ANSYS, Fluent or similar commercial simulation tools is plus

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

·       Knowledge of programming languages such as VB, C#, or other .NET languages a plus

·       Highly organized and self-motivated
