岗位职责
1.Under supervision of the team leader, provide effective and efficient research support in the entire search project execution from the very beginning to the end;
2.Under defined search strategy, i.e., search direction, develop target company list and conduct and record all daily research work;
3.Identify candidates through internal and external data sources, social media, and other channels; make cold calls to potential candidates;
4.Communicate and give feedback to team leader frequently and re-calibre search efforts in a timely manner for identification of suitable candidates;
5.Work closely with candidates to give initial position briefings, get their updated resumes as well as to coach candidates on interview skills as needed;
6.Follow up within one hour with candidates after their interview with client; in the same way to give timely feedback to candidates interviewed by client;
7.Provide administrative support to interview arrangement and other necessary arrangements during the search process;
8.Complete all assignment related paperwork, such as emails, candidate report drafting, filing, and so on, as required by the company;
9.Work as a contributing team member, offering help whenever needed;
10.Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain a professional work conduct;
11.Live the company’s values of integrity, passion and collaboration;
12.Carry out other tasks required by the company on ad-hoc basis.

5.Verbal and written communication ability in both Chinese and English;
