职位描述：Your Responsibility ？ The position holder will support experienced Admin. Officers in daily tasks and long term projects ？ He or she will support to supervise several on-site suppliers regarding service quality and contract conformity (Security Services, Shuttle Bus Service, Dormitory Service, Canteen Service, Car Pool Management, etc.) ？ Daily duties include databank management, KPI evaluations, independent creation of presentations, meeting preparations, spot checks and administrative duties ？ The position holder will support to plan and conduct internal events ？ After the initial training in the Admin.
