Recruiting Assistant
Responsibility:
1. Assist to develop recruiting plan and recruiting policy based on the company's target and strategy;
2. Daily management for recruiting (conducting interview and review candidates);;
3. Buildup talent resource pool and continuously deep develop recruiting channel ;;
4. Responsible for resumes screening and interview arrangement;
5. Closely communicate with business department and provide recruiting related suggestion;
6. Responsible for the offer talk and on boarding issues;
7. Generating recruiting analysis report;
8. Managing recruiting vendor;
9. Ad-hoc HR project;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor above degree and HR related major;
2. Team work;
3. Good English skills;
