* 职位描述：
We are looking for Research Scientist for the laundry Full Scale Wash (FSW) team in TEDA, Tianjin. You will be part of the laundry FSW team under the supervision of department manager, engaging yourself not only in securing a world class washing lab with high quality/quantity data to support global Household care laundry business, but also developing advanced FSW technology to meet future needs.
Your work will include,?Define, analyze, develop and implement new methods, equipment and competencies to solve multiple-discipline technical problems
?Independently plan, carry out and report laboratory studies as part of project plans and in agreement with project leader
?Take on project leader responsibilities when appointed
?Provide guidance and information to Research Associates and Lab Assistants to secure fast, efficient and prioritized solving of tasks
?Drive the development of technology strategies
?Implement/maintain company policies, principles and QMS
In this position you need to have:?PhD degree or Master degree in related science field (e.g. biology, chemical, engineering)
?Strong team work spirit and willing to learn
?Excellent English skill in both written and spoken
?Strong analytical mind and having experiences on data treatment with SAS JMP/Excel etc. will be preferred
