With huge opportunities opening up in the Chinese petrochemical market, Yutime has established Yutime Petroleum Co., Ltd. in China, and has completed the strategic layout in the midstream and downstream sectors of the petrochemical industry chain. Yutime China operates a number of different types of projects, including refining and chemicals integration, land ports and co-generation of heat and power. Yutime America is headquartered in Houston, USA. At present, the company is mainly engaged in international energy trade, investment and merger & acquisition, real estate and import-export agency services, but it is actively seeking to expand its business in oil and gas exploration and refining. The USA is one of the world's largest markets for energy consumption and supply and is a key market for Yutime's business, so we will continue to focus on opportunities there in the upper and midstream sectors. In addition to the refining and petrochemical integration project, we are also exploring opportunities in oil and gas fields, and extending to the upstream industry via investment, integration and merger. Houston’s naturally strong position as the energy center and the largest port in the United States also lends itself to growing our logistics and import & export business for chemical products. 业务介绍：

终端（加油站）零售业务是缘泰石油筹备规划多年的重点项目，对缘泰未来业务从B端向C端延伸有着重要的战略意义。终端（加油站）零售业务不仅能帮助缘泰扩大产业链，抵抗经营风险，同时也能够帮助缘泰石油更好的塑造国际化品牌形象。预计到2021年，缘泰将搭建一个2000至3000座加油站规模的成品油零售网络。

缘泰以国际化品牌管理为手段，整合各地区民营加油站资源，对他们进行整体形象提升和服务水平的升级，同时对标品牌产品与服务水准，为用户提供快捷、高效的加油体验，帮助中国加油站市场的品牌及体验升级，并通过推广高效、安全、清洁的能源，打造国际燃油品牌。

 

岗位介绍

一、智能加油站管理培训生（10名）

4k~5k/沈阳/大专及以上

需求专业：

专业不限

岗位职责:

为新开加油站储备培训运营经理管理人员。

岗位要求：

1、统招大专以上学历，专业不限，应届毕业生或毕业1-2年均可报名；

2、热爱零售行业，具有较强的商业思维和用户服务理念；

3、乐观开朗、真诚友善、吃苦耐劳，具有进取精神和责任感；

4、具有较强的沟通能力，富有团队精神；

5、具有创新思维和较强的学习能力、实践能力；

6、可以接受市内区域调动。

 

培训与发展：

1、量身定制的油站运营管理干部培养体系，培训周期预计3个月左右；

2、广阔的平台晋升空间：油站经理、区域区域、地区经理、运营总监，成为零售界精英；

3、参与内部竞聘，转岗至各部门担任重要职位。

1、入职即签订劳动合同，并按实际工资金额基数缴纳五险一金；

2、无岗前培训，培训期均为带薪在职培训；

3、培训期后从值班经理做起，快速成长为油站站长，享受油站经营业绩提成绩效。
