职位描述
Job descriptions
1、Ensure all accounts payable invoices are properly posted in an appropriate manner and payment made in accordance with contract term and corporate policy
2、Identify the outstanding GR/IR and liaise with purchasing or end user to resolve problems timely
3、Closely work with the bank, SAFE and associated department for payment issues related
4、Prepare cash flow forecast and accounts payable analysis reports as per requirement
5、Archive the accounting documentation and provide support to internal & external audit as necessary
6、Ad hoc request from supervisor and clusters
Requirement:
1、1-2 year working experience or fresh college graduates, major in Japanese or have gotten the certificate of N2 or above
1-2年工作经验或应届毕业生，日语专业或日语能力达N2以上；
2、 Good command of English, with basic accounting knowledge is preferred
具备良好的英语能力，并掌握基本会计知识者优先；
3、Initiative, detail-oriented, have good communication ability and able to work under pressure as a team player.
工作积极主动、细致认真，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
