Sales management Trainee programme-Sales Consultant
Responsibilities and Duties
· Manage sales CRM system and research for lead scoring
· Proactively reach out to C-level Executives to pitch Parklu solutions via online demos or in person meetings
· Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
· Communicate value proposition with proposals, presentations and technology demonstrations.
· Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
· Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally by working with the product & development, community and customer success teams
Desired Skills and Experience
· Bachelor degree or above in relevant field of learning.
· Good command of both Chinese and English
· Demonstrable interest and activ presence on various social media platforms.
· Demonstrable passion for Fashion, ecommerce, social media and digital and technology.
· Proficiency in MS office suite.
· Demonstrable presence and client-facing polish, excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills.
· Confidence and autonomy dealing with C-Level client contacts.
· High level of drive & stamina to succeed in sales
· Self-motivated, proactive, initiative and organized with the ability to work under tight deadlines and in a high-pressure environment
· Prior sales experience with software demonstrations is a plus
· Leadership experience is a big bonus
Salary:base 7000-9000, OTE 31000-33000 (uncapped)
