Your Work: ？ Applies experience in transactions with sector knowledge to inform strategic and operational decisions and resulting financial implications in advance of a deal ？ Identifies risks and pricing considerations when conducting diligence ？ Begins to develop expertise in specific aspects of integration or separation value creation services to provide tailored solutions to support client ？ Develops analytical models that can be visualized and interpreted convincingly to inform recommendations ？ Plans and executes engagements that deliver a superior client experience ？ Acts as a financial advisor across a broad spectrum of transactions through a sophisticated analysis of financial information ？ Builds an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stays up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, and leading practices ？ Applies quality assurance, risk management, and confidentiality procedures in all areas of work performed and managed ？ Builds expertise in one stage of the M&A lifecycle and develops network in others to position client with other technical and market experts ？ Lead the structuring and execution of transactions, including equity fundraising, Joint Venture Set-up, Acquisitions, and Disposal ？ Manage the whole process of at transaction, commencing from LOI stage to closing ？ Participate in client meetings and lead the negotiation support during transaction process ？ Have a good understanding and trace on a regular basis on the changes in dynamics and regulatory environment of selected sectors in PRC ？ Initiate deal flows and maintain good networks with different companies ？ Frequent travelling to work on cross-border M & A assignments ？ This is a 360o position that includes business development activities, project management and team management. Requirements: ？ Excellent academic background preferably with a professional qualification in accounting / statutory valuation / Financial analysis. Holders of CPA, CPV and CFA are preferential ？ Minimum of 2-3 years’ accounting / financial analysis / investment banking related experience acquired with prestigious banks, professional firms and corporations ？ Solid corporate finance knowledge and skills on valuation / pricing techniques, DCF, Comparable Company/Transaction Multiples, etc. ？ Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is a plus ？ Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills ？ Able to work under pressure and good multi-task management ？ Experience dealing with Audits |
