GLP（The Global Leaders Program）全球管培生计划是Shopee全球核心人才发展项目。项目为GLPs定制为期2年的培养计划，你将深度参与到shopee全球化业务的快速发展中，并在shopee的重点项目中承担多种角色。

The Global Leaders Program is a 2-year graduate program consisting of four 6-month local and overseas rotations, designed for highly enthusiastic and ambitious young talents. Take on a multitude of responsibilities to drive Shopee’s critical projects and be involved in the expansion of Shopee across the region!

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• 大学本科及以上学历，毕业时间为2019.9.1-2021.8.31之间
• 学业成绩和实习表现出众
• 能够流利使用英语作为日常工作语言
• 接受两年项目期内不同地域轮岗
• 怀揣对互联网电商行业的极大热情

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor or above degree in any discipline with less than 1 years of full-time working experience
• Excellent academic results from a reputable University
• Good oral , written and presentation skills both in English
• Willingness to regularly routation internationally, especially to East Asian
• Passionate to e-commerce industry especially cross border business

SELECTION PROCESS

01 网申  即日起-8/23

02 在线测评   7/25-8/25

03 面试安排   8月底至9月初

04 offer发放   9-10月

Online Application：Now until 23th August

Online  Assessment: From 25th July to 25th August

Interview : From the end of  August to early September

Offer: From September to October
