Johor Bahru and Pune and 3 RPO Sourcing Hubs around the world, providing
services to our clients in the Asia Pacific and European regions. With 17 years
of experience and a team of 150+ dedicated consultants, we have an extensive
network of clients and more than 300,000 talents in the Healthcare & Medical
Devices, Industrial & Manufacturing, Retail & FMCG and Technology industries.

Key Responsibility/ 岗位职责
⚫ Search for candidates via various channels and network/ 通过各种渠道和
网络寻访候选人
⚫ Build up relationships with candidates/ 与候选人建立信任联系
⚫ Screen candidates through telephone interview/ 电话面试并筛选候选人
Requirement/ 岗位要求
⚫ Bachelor Degree, CET 4 certificate holder/ 本科学历， 持有大学英语四级证
书
⚫ Quick learner and self-motivated/ 具备快速学习和自我激励能力
⚫ Willing to work under pressure/ 有较强的抗压能力
