【首要职责Primary Function】

确保物资满足生产的要求

To ensure the materials can satisfy the production’s requirement.

【主要任务和职责Main Duties and Responsibilities】

1、确保机床及时完成，符合出货交期

Be responsible for Ensuring timely completion of machines in order to meet shipment dates. (20%)

2、确保存货能够满足一般情况下个别产品的维修利用。

Be responsible for ensuring that inventory for respective products are maintained at optimum level. (20%)

3、制作主要生产进度的详细工作表。

Preparation of master production schedule detail worksheets (20%)

4、负责检查存货清单

Be responsible for Investigation on inventory errors. (10%)

5、负责作关于机床完成的月末报告

Be responsible for Month end reporting of machines completion. (10%)

6、及时地更新系统

Updating system on time (10%)

7、遵守公司的安全条例和其它章程

Abide by the company’s safety rules and regulations. (5%)

8、 执行公司分配的其它任务

Perform any other duties as assigned (5%)

【职位描述Position Specification】

教育背景：至少大专学历

Qualification: Minimum Junior College.

工作经验：熟知ERP系统得操作，具有工作经验。了解生产制作流程

Experience: Ability to understand the ERP system and procedure with hands on

experience. And know the manufacturing procedure.

职位要求：具有丰富的经验，对工作热情主动，良好的沟通能力与技巧。

Essential Attribute: Resourceful and initiative. Good and effective communication skills. 为人诚实，具有优秀的团队合作精神，对工作仔细认真。

Down to earth working spirit and team player. The most important is must be careful.
