工作职责：
1、负责市场研究工作的开展，包括需求沟通、项目设计、参与主持座谈会/深访、报告撰写等；
2、负责项目进度与质量的管控。

3、能够适应在压力下工作；
4、良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
5、善于观察，具有良好的洞察力,有创造性思维方式；
