岗位职责 | |
1.Establish strong collaborative relationships and
liaising with relevant SJTU and UM Academic Affairs counterparts regarding
service arrangements and improvements; 2.Facilitate and arrange students’
academic course selections and registration; 3.Course/Lab schedule arrangements;
4.Provide the students with academic advising; 5.Credits transfer and degree
audit; 6.Liaise with faculty and lecturers regarding course / class needs;
7.Arrangement and compilation of course evaluations and outcomes, maintaining
confidential records in this regard and reporting these to the relevant teaching
faculty; 8.Coordinate the recruitment, hiring, training and evaluation of TAs;
9.Predict and purchase textbooks; 10.Support undergraduate students research
programs; 11.Arrangements of JI teaching space including classrooms and lab
course needed space; 12.Creation, maintenance, appropriate dissemination of
confidential records within the academic affairs field; 13.Application of
academic awards and funds; 14.Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager. 15.The
above job responsibilities may be shared with other members in the office.
