工作职责：
The Fixed Income Team of CICC's Investment Banking Departing (IBD) provides a package of fixed income financing solutions for domestic and foreign enterprise customers. Our product solutions cover standardized fixed income financing products such as credit bonds including domestic interbank markets, exchange markets, equity linked bonds, fixed income securities with different options, and asset backed securitization, while also providing customized, non-standard financing solutions; overseas, we provide fixed income type financing solutions for global customers including but not limited to multi-currency bonds or bills such as US dollar, Euro and RMB as well as fixed income securities with options. At the same time, around the diversified financing needs of customers, we focus on providing the full-chained services related the fixed income financing, including credit risk management, exchange rate risk management and other investment management. To this end, we extend our services to all kinds of financial institutions both at home and abroad, providing them with traditional financing services, while efficiently matching a wide range of targeted fixed income investment funds for our other customers.Graduates recruited will be assigned to work as our full-time analysts or managers in a particular field of the full chain of fixed-income integrated solutions mentioned above, based on their personal characteristics. From this point of departure, each new employee will start his/her career from the most basic level of teamwork. You will master and enhance the working skills and customer service capabilities of fixed income investment banks, and have the opportunity to contact more comprehensive fixed income investment banking enterprises in the future, which will make you become a market unique value fixed income expertise with global vision and comprehensive solution ability.
