Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities工作职责:
1. Manage the current product range to deliver against financial KPI’s (margin growth, revenue growth, price yield).
2. Identification of next generation requirements, detailed analysis of customer requirements and definition of the solution in collaboration with the wider marketing team, sales, and development.
3. Collate and share customer & market insight, linking to new business models and NPD/NPI programs.
4. Drive the successful launch of new products and services including:
l Defining market requirements
l Generation of clear requirements including, user journeys, value proposition and cost benefit analysis
l Working with the Development Project Managers to ensure delivery of well positioned solutions
l Development of the Go-To-Market Strategy for new products and adaptations
l Working with the wider marketing team to generate targeted content
l Monitoring launch effectiveness against agreed metrics
5. Development and delivery of new propositions utilizing data insights as well as the inclusion of complimentary datasets that add further value. Developing and delivering new business models. and recurring revenues, working directly with major customers to realize sales.
6. Identification of M&A, partnering, convergence and collaboration opportunities to bring new products and solutions into the Industrial Air Quality category.
7. Support the Internationalization of the Industrial Air Quality category.
8. Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products & solutions, and development of a clear value proposition for the range to build competitive advantage.
9. Development and regular review of the position and pricing for all products in the range.
10. Contribute to the development of sales and application training tools.
11. Develop and deliver targeted launch/product/service sales tools.
12. Stay up-to-date with market and competitor developments and generate new ideas aligned to the company strategy.

Qualifications, skills & experience 任职条件与资格:
1. A degree or relevant equivalent experience in a technical discipline, preferably 2 years working across multiple business functions before graduation, 1 year of industry experience is a plus.
2. Demonstrable curiosity and the ability work in both commercial and technical environments
3. English language skills – Ability to work at business level English language
4. Experience working for an international business.
5. A good understanding of the, environmental monitoring, gas detection or wider safety market
6. Demonstratable experience working with data led solutions
