Job Function:
1.Capable of performing the duties of buyer as defined in all purchasing procedures of the company
2.Understand the content of the purchase requisition, and propose a BIDDER LIST and finalize it with the support of the supervisor
3.Ensure the inquiry, tendering, PO awarding, etc. are completed on time and on quality.
4.Be in charge of commercial clarification, negotiation and evaluation for the small amount PRs
5.Ensure that the approval of the purchase requisition complies with company policy and the correct use of the framework agreement
6.Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders in a timely manner according to the procurement process
7.Prepare the purchasing contract and get it reviewed and signed in line with the company procedure
8.Transfer and file relevant information and documents in the procurement process
9.To maintain vendor pool; to keep informed of market price trends; be capable of getting information on the suppliers and the availability of goods and services in the market to meet the requirement of the management / end users
10.Develop new supplier, and complete supplier Pre-qualification evaluation
11.Improve workflow efficiency and continue to optimize the procurement procedure
12.Assist to complete project tendering related work in line with the tendering procedure.
13.Be responsible for other duties assigned by the superior.
Skills & Knowledge:
1.Full-time Bachelor degree or above with technical background in chemical or engineering industry
2.Quick learning ability and be willing to work as a buyer
3.Familiar with relevant suppliers in the chemical or engineering industry
4.Familiar with the operation of ERP, SAP, procurement, engineering project management software
5.Fluent in spoken and written English
6.Have good professional ethics
7.The work is meticulous, serious and objective.
