| 招聘要求及职责 | 岗位职责：开展高水平创新研究，以材料化学为核心，通过多学科协同创新，开展材料化学及材料化工的应用基础创新研究和产业化技术研究，以解决储能及能量转换器件中的关键科学问题和关键材料问题。 招聘要求：1）化学/化工/材料/物理专业，博士后或博士毕业2年以上研究经历；在相关学科领域具有较高声誉大学或研究机构学习/工作；2）近5年在本学科重要期刊发表论文≥6篇；3）主持国家自然科学基金“优秀青年基金”或者国家其它同等级别项目；4）近5年主持至少1项国家自然科学基金青年项目，或者承担（参与）重要科研项目。 Department/division: Institute of Nuclear ＆ New Energy Technology （INET） / New Energy ＆ Materials Chemistry Division （No. 202） Job title: R＆D on materials chemistry and energy storage technology innovation. Job description: High-level innovation research on materials chemistry in energy storage and energy conversion. Qualifications: 1） PhD in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Science, postdoctoral or doctoral degree with more than 2 years of research experience in a university or research institution with high reputation; 2） More than 6 papers in top journals in recent 5 years, and the sum of impact factors is more than 100, and at least 1 highly cited paper; 3） NSFC “excellent youth project” or National 1000 Talent Youth Project” ; 4） The papers have been cited more than 500 times, or NSFC youth project in the past five years, or （participated in） important scientific research projects. Materials required: 1） Resume, including education, scientific research and work experience, scientific research contributions, academic characteristics and ability characteristics; 2） 2-3 representative papers; 3） 2-3 letters of recommendation; 4） other supporting materials.
