| 职位描述 | Responsibilities: - Understand the process improvement and optimization needs and identify/propose IT solutions via but not limited to SAP, RPA, MS office,or any external solutions; support technical analysis for the business case study, approval and documentation needs. - Drive and coordinate the IT solution implementation process, via self-development, or other internal/external resources. - Being the internal expert of RPA, MS-office and big data tools to support hard-coding, system maintenance, customers training, and ad-hoc queries. - As process management team member, act as the process experts and support various project based tasks.
