学历要求:本科及以上 工作地点:北京市大兴区 每月薪水:5000-6000 招聘人数:1 人 Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for the following HR issues in H?rmann China 4 entities and Branch Offices: · HR Recruiting Support: a) Compile Job Adverts, post job on recruiting channels, screen CV; b) Coordinate interviews with each Department Manager, collect interview feedbacks and report to HR Manager. · Assist Training: a) Organize orientation training for new staff; b) Organize all training programs, make the training evaluation and training analysis, file all documents related. · Contract & Offers: a) Handle employee on board and off board issue; b) Prepare Employment Contracts and renewals; c) Personnel File Management; d) Job Offers & General Job Description. · Gathering Attendance Records, Leave Register; · Public rental apartment distribution and housing contract management. · Other assignments as required. Position Qualification Requirement: Education & Professional Background Bachelor Degree of HR related or equivalent practical experience. Relevant Experience Fresh graduates of HR related major or about 1 year working experience of HR in a multinational company. Language Skills Fluent in both oral and written English. Other Requirement 1. Proficient knowledge and skill of HR management, particularly in recruitment, training and people development; 2. Good at planning and can perform multiple activities successfully; 3. Customer Service Oriented; 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 5. Pleasant personality, organizing ability and teamwork spirits; 6.
