职位描述：

1. Install, troubleshoot and repair flow cytometers and ?Cytek Upgrade products internally in a professional and timely manner.
?2. Provide technical support to the ?Field Service Engineers in China through remote telephone technical support and ?onsite service visit. Provide training to the new Field Service Engineers.
?3. Support the field service activities ?in the Asia-Pacific region.
?4. Perform job with absolute best customer ?service; work well with customers.
?5. Identify customer needs and contribute to ?improvements in Cytek products.
?6. Manage your own schedule, complete paperwork ?and reports in a timely manner, work well as part of a small but growing team ?of engineers.

任职要求：
?1. Sciences degree, engineering ?degree, technical service preferred.
?2. Ability to learn new flow cytometry software ?and to utilize documentation for troubleshooting instrumentation problem is ?essential.
?3. Ability to learn to relate biological experiments ?to flow cytometry results.
?4. Up to 50% travel is acceptable. Ability to ?manage rapidly changing schedule.
5. Excellent interpersonal and customer service ?skills are essential.
?6. Work experience with repair service of ?electrical mechanical equipment is preffered.
?7. Goodganizational and time management ?skills.
?8. Good command of English in listening, ?speaking, writing and reading. CET6 above.
