： - The fast-track career development opportunity as branch sales;
- The one on one coaching from District Head & Branch Manager;
- The rich learning courses regarding financial knowledge, banking products, compliance/risk control, communication & presentation skill, etc.;
- The valuable rotation experience to work with Investment Consultant, Banca Advisor, Channels & Workplace Marketing, Branch Operations and Branch Sales team.
The 1-year program offers you:
