| 招聘要求及职责 | 【岗位职责】： 1. 在课程负责人的组织带领下，进行“写作与沟通”课程统一培训、统一备课，积极参与课程建设，系统设计教学过程； 2. 满足学校教学系列工作量要求； 3. 认真完成课程规定的课堂要求，并在教学评估中表现优良； 4. 认真批改学生课程论文，并对学生的文章逐一进行个性化指导； 5. 积极参与教学改革，紧紧围绕我校“写作与沟通”课程的教学理念，撰写教学论文，编写教材。 【应聘条件】： 1. 具有博士学位； 2. 热爱教学，工作认真努力，有责任心，能积极主动地参与课程建设，具有创新能力与良好的团队合作精神； 3. 具有比较丰富的写作经验和良好的沟通表达能力，能胜任高挑战度的小班教学和高强度、高频次的学生面批指导； 4. 招聘不仅限于文科背景，欢迎有理工科背景的申请者； 5. 具备扎实的学术写作能力和良好的学术素养，在科学引文索引（SCI）、社会科学引文索引（SSCI）、工程索引（EI）、艺术与人文科学引文索引（A＆HCI）、中文社会科学引文索引（CSSCI）含或北京大学中文核心期刊等数据库收录的国内外本学科领域高水平刊物发表过高水平学术论文（不含综述、书评和一页之内的札记），或者近五年内出版学术专著一部或合作主编教材一部，或其它能够证明扎实的学术写作能力和良好的学术素养的材料。 DUTIES ＆ RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in staff training, develop syllabuses, and make lesson plans for “Writing and Communication” course. Accomplish teaching tasks assigned by the university. Meet the requirements of classroom performance and receive good rating in teaching evaluation. Review course essays and offer revision suggestions to students in a one-on-one setting. Engage in education reform and conduct teaching research, write papers and teaching materials. QUALIFICATIONS: A doctoral degree. Strong commitment to instructional quality, curriculum innovation, and experience working in a team environment. Rich writing experience and excellent interpersonal skills, up to the challenge of small-class-based lecture and high frequency individual tutoring. Backgrounds in liberal arts, science and engineering are all welcome. Strong record of research and publication, demonstrated by at least 2 academic papers （excluding reviews, book reviews and reading notes） as the first author in the past five years, in science citation index （SCI）, social science citation index （SSCI）, engineering index （EI）, arts and humanities citation index （A＆HCI）, Chinese social science citation index （CSSCI） or Chinese core journals; or academic monographs, teaching materials and other equivalent publications. |
