Responsibilities:

Supports Windows desktop and server OS. Diagnoses and
troubleshoots computer and general network issues;
-
Provide support for users’ remote communications and
connectivity;
-
Manage and track
office IT assets and equipment;
-
Execute IT policies and procurement process comply to
global IT standards and auditing requirements as defined;
-
Enter commands and activate controls on computer and
peripheral equipment to integrate and operate equipment;
-
Support IT Manager to
accomplish high availability for site network, phone systems and data
connection to support studio’s daily operation;
-
Maintain all IT
documentation including workflow, procedures, user guide and more;
-
Able to work
independently following office guidelines and standards and to improve existing
IT workflows, procedures, policies and best practices;
-
Complete paperwork per
ITIL standard;
-
Perform with high
quality services and deliverables as required by IT Manager.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s
degree in Telcom, Network Engineering, CS or equivalent training/education;
-
Experience
with desktop support and willing to serve user outside of regular working
hours;
-
Knowledge
of Windows and MacOS environment and computer hardware and software at an
intermediate or advanced level;
-
Knowledge
of IP networks, DNS, DHCP and experience with troubleshooting all aspects
of wired and wireless configurations;
-
Experienced
in remote customer support including wireless LAN access, VPN, DSL, and
Cable services;
-
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with
PC’s, Powerful Workstations, Laptop hardware and software;
-
Good customer service skills,
strong attention to details and ability to follow through the request to
closure;

Experience
in provisioning & support with VOIP ecosystem;
-
General understanding of server
computing, networking, phone setup- support, storage, virtualization and
business applications;
-
Experienced
in supporting smartphones (Android, iPhone and iPad) and other mobile
devices;
-
Strong
team-player and able to thrive in a Dynamic and Innovative environment;

Strong
personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards;

Willing
to take some QA (game test) related tasks.
