职位描述/要求：

The Position

This is a position under the department of CDS. The key value of this position is to manage and process client’s customer data and provide presentable reporting and analysis result. This position will work with telemarketer under one brand team. Please don’t apply for this vacancy without a strong commitment in marketing.

Job Duty:

(Would major on but not limited to below)

1. ETL customer data from web or other source

2. Data preprocessing for analytical work

3. Deliver regular report for client: weekly, monthly and quarterly

4. Search competitor’s marketing information and present it internally

Requirement:

1. Skill

1) Highly familiar with excel, power point

2) With knowledge of statistics

3) Knowledge of database management

4) Good command of English and Mandarin

5) Good interpersonal communication skill

6) With sense and knowledge of automotive industry

2. Personality

1) Love to deal with data and numbers

2) Down to earth and with patience on detail

3) Love to think and ask, have the spirit of getting to the bottom of things

4) Logical thing and be familiar with the approach of hypothesis and test.

3. Experience

1) Newly graduated student or 1-year experience will do

2) With related experience a plus

4. Education

1) B.A or above, Master a plus

2) Major in statistics, operation research, economy, MIS, accounting, finance, business administration, marketing, history or social science.

This is a one-year program. With in this period, you would be rotated among teams based on the brand/the client we are serving. After this period, you would have a promotion to a data analyst, an internal transfer to an account executive, or leave the company.
