Key Responsibilities and Career Development 职位描述与职业发展
The successful candidate will enter FMC as a temporary consultant assistant (but this is a full time job). The main task of the job is to assist consultant with information collecting, data processing and other kinds of supporting work. Necessary training will be provided before starting to work.
Depending on the jobholder’s performance, capability and willingness, the temporary consultant assistant might be developed as a regular position.
成功入选的候选人将被聘为FMC的临时顾问助理(但须全职上班)。该职位的主要工作内容为协助顾问收集与处理信息,及其他的一些支持性工作。入职前FMC将提供相应的培训。
根据受聘者的能力,工作表现及个人职业发展意愿,临时顾问助理的职位将有可能转为FMC的正式员工同时开始享受公司现有的薪酬福利,并按照公司的绩效评估提成奖金及获得公司职业发展的晋升机会。
