职位描述/要求：

Duties and Responsibility:

- Provide secretarial assistance to Vice President and project team(s)

- Manage calendar and incoming calls

- Schedule meetings and appointment

- Make various travel arrangement

- Support/organize conferences and events

- Provide other secretarial/administrative support as assign

Requirement:

- Fresh graduate or 1 year working experience

- Undergraduate or above

- Familiar with the Microsoft office program

- Outgoing, presentable, willing to work overtime and great ability under pressure

- Good in spoken and written English
