-Microbiological assessment of foods ingredients and final food products
-Set up microbiological screening methods
-Analyze research results and write report on results
Skills/Competencies/Education background Requirements
-BSc or MSc in Microbiology is essential
-Experience with microbiological screening methods is essential
-Experience with screening preservative systems is welcome
-Experience with microbiological safety assessment foods is welcome
-Teamworker
-Self-motivated & able to work independently
-Good communication skills
-Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
