4. Main Responsibilities/Authority:
Responsible for inquiry response, lead/sales opportunity generation and qualification, systematic management of associated data, and execution of designated outbound sales campaigns.
5. Main tasks:
1. Qualifies inquiries and develops leads/sales opportunities by determining need, budget, who has authority to purchase, and anticipated timing for purchase decision.
2. Profiles sales opportunities with required information for effective sales team follow-up.
3. Passes sales opportunities to appropriate sales team members.
4. Achieves assigned budget and call frequency objectives.
5. Systematic management of marketing literature.
6. Assist on other marketing campaigns execution, such as exhibition, seminar, direct mailing.
7. Handles other assigned duties as needed.
6. Job Requirements:
a. Education & Experience
Minimum of 2 year college degree with 4 year college degree preferred. Must have 1-2 years of outbound telemarketing or telesales experience or strong retail sales experience, preferably in technology or service industries.
b. Personal Skills
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with positive, action oriented, persistent mindset. Requires strong planning and follow-up capability. Must be PC literate.
