Your Responsibilities
-In this job you will work in a multidisciplinary team. In your role you are responsible for the characterisation of the IC as well as the implementation of the production testing of the IC. During the definition phase of a new product you will make recommendations on the test strategies Design-for-Testability (DfT), Design for Manufactory (DfM) platforms methodologies and Test houses to the project team. Your tasks include the creative development of test facilities either to characterise ICs or to enable testing in an industrial environment. Therefore you will make use of advanced testers like the Agilent or SPEA. You will develop software as well as the additional hardware. You are responsible for an optimal ratio between product quality and product cost, the Costs of Non Quality (CoNQ). You will optimise the Costs of Goods Gold (CoGS) by streamlining test software as well as test infrastructure in Europe and offshore.
Your Profile
• BSc-E or MSc-E.
• Knowledge of test- and product engineering.
• Affinity for assembly technology.
• Structured way of working.
• Good ability to communicate and work in (multi site) teams.
• Affinity for project management, design methodology and IC fabrication technology.
• Organizational talent, result-oriented with pro-active attitude.
• Able to establish good relationships with a multi-disciplinary development team, operations, logistics, product marketing, offshore pre-production engineers and different ATO departments and external operational sites and subcontractors.
• Fluent in English.
• The job requires some travel and subcontractor interaction.
