KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop and maintain a medical information system (database) for all company products, competitor products, and related issues:
-Portfolio background information
-Therapeutic area updates
-Pharmaceutical data
-Preclinical data
-Clinical trial data
-Product information
-International/national promotional programs
-Key marketing/sales information
-Relevant regulatory requirements International regulatory status
Provide literature service to all company employee and KOLs on related subjects.
Link with medical information services at intercontinental/HQ to ensure relevant medical information is updated.
To set up and maintain the KOL management system.
Handle literature case safety report
Support to validate the translation of the periodic safety update report and line listing as necessary.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
-Education: Minimum bachelor degree in clinical medicine/ pharmacy/medical information
Experience & knowledge:Previous experience in medical information service/ library
-Core competencies:
Good command of English (written and spoken);
Knowledge of PC (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT);
Interpersonal communication skill;
Team player.
