Our Client is a privately held European company with approximately 800 employees worldwide, and it is a dynamic supplier of outstanding components to industrial operative Partners in Europe and the rest of the world. Our client positions themselves in the high end and high quality sector.
Our client offers a broad and in-depth range of products. They have products in the plastic, sealing, fluid, power transmission, ant vibration, fixing, security, adhesive, and filter technologies.
The Group operate both in Europe and the rest of the world. The cooperation with competent partners allows them to access market services in individual countries. It has representation in Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Switzerland, where the head office of the Group is located.
Our client now is taking a major step to come to China. But this move is not to take advantage of the low cost labour but to focus on serving their global clients whom have moved here. Currently there are about 100 European clients in Shanghai.

Job Roles /Responsibilities:
? Play an integral and pivotal role within the organization, and provide an essential link between the customer and the rest of the organization.
? Responsibility will involve attending to incoming phone calls from existing customers and potential customers, maximise all revenue opportunities from customers by ensuring they are aware of the full range of our services.
? Responsible for providing technical specifications, lead times for delivery, quoting to customers, order processing, and providing follow up sales service.
? Telephone all prospective users from our database for the China. To achieve sales productivity and activity targets as specified by company.
? Operate and maintain our Business Management System Database in accordance with company requirements.
? Conduct relevant debrief meetings with the appropriate field sales partner.
? Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
? Carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the Line Manager to ensure the effective performance of the sales function.
? Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of all Divisional Services, Rates and relevant Administration and Operational processes.
Education/Experience Requirements:
? Engineering and Technology -- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
? Knowledge and experience in any (not all) of the following technology – Plastics, Sealing, Fluid, Power transmission, Anti-vibration, Fixing, Security, Adhesive and Filter etc.
? Communicable English is necessary
? Computer literacy.
