Finance manager, reporting to the Financial controller of the company.
Job scope-Accounting
Manage daily operations of the Accounting Department in recording of all current transactions i.e. Revenue, Expense, payroll and tax, Assets and Liabilities.
Deal with government departments on employee benefit, tax, annual exam and so on.
Review financial statements of invested companies, translate into US GAAP and prepare consolidated financial statements.
Job scope - Investment evaluation
Perform due diligent audit on targets.
Internal audit on investees
Job scope - Internal Control/Auditing
Assist financial controller of the company to establish company’s internal control /auditing system to ensure that Company assets are properly safeguarded within the scope of accounting principles, audit standards, and government regulations.
Assess effectiveness of internal control system of investees and lead a team to assist investees to establish a sound control system.
Qualification of Candidate
University degree or above in Finance or Accounting. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferable.
At least 5 years experience in Finance or accounting role, including 2 years above big four CPA firms audit experience is preferable.
Capability to analyse complex business situation, especially in hospital and school preferred, and prepare audit reports.
Strong management skill in leading projects.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Knowledge in computer office application and major financial & operation system (ERP and MRP).
Intensive understanding on PRC Accounting GAAP and US GAAP.
Experience in financial consolidation.
English writing and speaking ability.
