主要是做网络方面的仿真工作，需要懂无线网络 GSM, WCDMA皆可，做过一年或以上的仿真。因为是和美国的合作项目， 希望英语比较好。

下面要求写得虽然比较多， 但也不是完全要满足才可以投 （ 估计要完全满足，就是大牛了：））

Overall Responsibility
 Focal point of collaboration project
 Customer coordinator
 Consolidate Technology Report and Motorola Tech. input
 Related doc. Translation
 Lobby customer to buy in Motorola proposal
 Regular meeting & project review with US team & Customer
 Management project plan
 Coordinate cross Motorola China internal units support


Experience requirement
 Full 802.16e STD expertise & 3GPP/PP2 spec. understanding or Full experience on RF simulation job
 Experience on project management & Full Communication skill
 Master degree or above in Telecommunication
 Minimum of 1-year work experience in industry
