Job Description This position is for HP Global Delivery China Center (GDCC) in Chongqing with responsibilities as below: Japanese project management Lead project team to deliver project within schedule, budget and scope with good quality and high customer satisfaction Develop and define Japanese project software development process for project/service delivery Communication and coordination with customer Qualifications Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, IT or related disciplines Good Japanese reading and written skills are MUST (Japanese listening and speaking skills are BIG PLUS) Good English reading and written skills are MUST Good communication skill Solid project management skills (PMP is a big plus) Solid and practical project experience in Japanese outsourcing projects Solid experience in any of the following skill sets: o J2EE o Microsoft .Net o C/C++ o Oracle / SQL Server Work under pressure and passion for success Good team working spirit Professional attitude and behavior, full of responsibility Good Microsoft Office skills
