Carrier is part of United Technologies Corporation (UTC), a Hartford, Connecti
cut-based supplier of a broad range of high-technology products and support se
rvices to the aerospace and building systems industries. UTC’s sales in 2005
were US$42.7 billion, and it is ranked 126th in the 2006 Fortune Magazine Top

ers worldwide with several thousand patents in the air-conditioning industry.
Carrier’s products are manufactured in 73 facilities on six continents with 4

on, leading the Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning and Refrigeration（HVAC

Management Trainee Program
Job Summary
The Program is targeting at high caliber undergraduate or graduate students. T
he total duration of the program is 24 month with different function rotation
experience and specific project implementation experience. When the program is
finished, the trainee will be appointed a specific position based on his or h
er performance and the company needs.

Profile Qualification
 Education Background
High caliber undergraduate or graduate students in HVAC, Mechanics, Electrics,
Automation or related majors
 Language Ability
Fluent in both written and oral English
 Key Competency
Strong interpersonal skills, logical and analytical thinking, good problem sol
ving and leadership skills, team sprit, willing to work under pressure
