Job title:International Bid Manager (BPM)
Reports to:Head of International Sales Support
Location:TSI PR China LTD Beijing or Shanghai

Mission/purpose of role:

Support the Account Manager and Service Manager to ensure profitable growth in
contracting ICT solutions with international operating German customers and M
ulti National Customers in China.
Support the Account and Service Manager in planning, preparing, offering compl
ex ICT solutions with main aspects of solution design and technical sales supp
ort.
Full responsibility for the individual Bid’s and to perform all Bid Project M
anagement tasks.
Cost control in for the individual solution and the resulting contract based o
n the respective P&L.
Focus in the area of Computing and Desktop and Network Services Portfolio of T
-Systems and Partners.

Main tasks, responsibilities and duties: 70%
Understand the delivery of T-Systems and its capabilities in China, in close c
o-operation with IT Operations and Headquarter in Germany.
Analyze Customer demands and needs support the design for a competitive soluti
on
Support by designing a solution with focus to the Computing and Desktop Servic
es as well as Network Services service offering portfolio.
Support creation of a proposal for the solution with necessary cost informatio
n/model from T-Systems or external partners for the Project Management.
Co-ordinate delivery with external Partners.
Cost control for the delivery in respect of Profit & Loss frame for the indivi
dual solution, co-ordination and with Account Manager, Service Manager, IT-Ope
rations and Finance (following calculation and profitability principles).
Support contract creation based on the proposed Solution.
Be the Key interface for all related communication with the customer for the i
ndividual Project from Contract Signature until Handover to Operation.

Additional tasks, responsibilities and duties:30%
Interface with ITO to identify Delivery capabilities and to ensure that a prop
osed solution can be implemented and operated at the agreed costs.
Identify potential new partners (delivery) to support existing and future proj
ects.
Communication with HQ and other LBU’s for up-date and support purposes in ind
ividual projects
Continues dialog with HQ and IT Operations to extend the Service delivery capa
bilities by forward information of actual and future market/customer needs.
Understand in detail the Service Offering Portfolio for CDS.
Get familiar also with Service Offering portfolio of System Integration and Ne
twork Services.

Working hours and location:
Core hours are 9:00 –18:00 primarily based in the Beijing office
Travel mainly in China and occasionally international.

Qualifications experience and expertise:
Experience in a respective or similar role of 3-6 Years
Engineering/Master degree in IT sciences
Strong knowledge in IT environment
Windows Server, Unix and Linux OS (with certifications)
Basic Understanding of Network WAN and LAN
Experiences in Data Center environments, skill to plan and design Data Center
set-ups and whole IT environments.
Basic understanding of ERP and CRM applications.
Experiences in the Automotive and Automotive supplier Industry.
ITIL Certifications are a plus
PMI, PMP Certifications are a plus
Experienced in project management, operational procedures, mediation, as well
as in-depth experience in multicultural international teamwork.
Customer satisfaction oriented, ability to demonstrate a strong capacity to co
mmunicate, analyze and assure delivery with high quality standards.
Ability to work with the internal and external personnel with tact and judgmen
ts.
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to manage and own workload, effectively using all available resources

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written communications skills, edits documents for content and prese
ntation; composes and distributes own correspondence.
Good understanding of processes and ability to follow existing process and to
optimize them.
Excellent English communication skills in speech and writing.
Additional Languages like German would be a plus.
Good social and interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams and to work as
non leading team member.
High self motivation capabilities and availability to motivate teams.
