We are looking for passionate and talented research interns working on the research projects in data mining, text mining and machine learning. You will have the chance to take and solve the real problems using cutting-edge technologies to improve our products and influence millions of our customers. Your expected internship is full time, about 3 months to 6 months.

Your primary responsibility is to participate in the problem analysis, design and development of applied research topics. You are encouraged to take, analyze and solve the problems initiatively, with the help of the engineers and researches in Beijing and Redmond. You will have the chance to create your own ideas, implement the algorithms and build the demos.

Qualifications:

1. Strong programming skill in C++. Mastering of C# is a big plus.

2. Research background of machine learning, data mining, web/text mining is a big plus.

3. Strong problem solving skills.

4. Quick learning and good communication skill.
