职位描述： eCircle Executive Consultants, based in Hong Kong, is a renowned executive search firm specializing in the placement of professionals in IT & Telecom, Banking & Finance, and Commercial industries in AP region. Our clients range from Hardware, Software Vendors； Investment, Private & Consumer banks to Multinational companies. Our expertise lies in making the right match between our clients' needs and the individual's talents and career goals. Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of office furniture in Asia Pacific. Currently, they have 8 field sales offices in Bangkok, Beijing, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, plus numerous dealer locations, plus manufacturing plants in Japan, Thailand and other manufacturing sites are under development. In order to match their development, they are looking for candidates to fill the 2 following positions: - Responsibilities: - Leading a sales team in Shanghai / Beijing be responsible for concentrating on the targeting, qualifying and profiling of potential new sales and or client opportunities which are deemed important to the company for Central part of China - Achieve agreed sales targets at specified margins and monitor performance - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers - Profile, target, and qualify potential new sales opportunities with new clients. - Develop strategic plans to win key projects and opportunities. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of company's products, services, culture, history, and research - Deploy strategic selling techniques with key corporate and global accounts. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key A&D, and Project Management Companies. - Develop and prepare quotations and presentations - Formulate tender responses and RFP responses in a timely manor - Preparation of project details for Project Managers and participate in a project team environment, coordinating accurate order summary documentation. - Keep accurate market data and Forecasts.
